Fantastic place to shop for health foods, gift wares, beauty products. Everything is laid out beautifully. Best thing is the friendly staff with very knowledgeable naturopaths (I see Michaela) in store which is super handy when you have health issues to fix! Just a beautiful store to shop at and is my go-to for anything health related.

I’ve been using Sam’s Health Emporium to grab my training supplements, and they honestly have everything you need to back up your recovery and performance. The range is massive, so you don't have to waste time hunting around different spots just to find the good stuff. It’s also awesome having actual nutritionists in-store to chat with if you ever want some solid advice.

I always enjoy shopping here. The staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful, and the range of products is fantastic and very well organised! It's a local gem and become one of my go-to stores. I always leave feeling well looked after.

Go Vita Southlands is a beautiful store with so many amazing products. Every time I visit I add to my organic collection of cleaning products and skin care. It has a beautiful calming vibe and the staff are so lovely. I highly recommend this store for all your organic and supplement requirements.

Absolutely love this local health shop! Huge range of supplements, natural skincare, and healthy foods. They have got everything in one place. The store is always spotless and well stocked, and the team are so friendly and helpful. I actually drive from north of the river just to shop here because they’re that good. Highly recommend!

honestly, this place is a genuinely great shop, especially for beauty and skincare. a lot of people don’t realise how many hidden gems are in there, particularly the make-up line they stock. it’s actually really cute, clean and practical, not just “natural” for the sake of it. the store has way more than you expect too, from cosmetics and supplements to food, house stuff and even clothing. it’s basically a one stop lifestyle shop without the chaos. if you’re looking for a healthy, safe and more natural store that actually has range and quality, i’d recommend this place 110%.

I found this store recently and was pleasantly surprised to see it has a wide range of holistic health options in terms of natural food (intolerance friendly options) vitamins, skin care, hygiene, clothing and even water filtration. Would recommend a look through as well as a chat with the natropath.

What a beautiful store, It has everything you need from in-store nutritionist’s and naturopath’s that know the products and listen to your needs. It is also a registered practitioner, the range is exceptional. Organic foods, gym supplements, vitamins to plant based detergent's, eco skin products, essential oils and even hair product's! What doesn't this store have? It's definitely my new local!
